ENTRANCE PROCEDURES FOR GUESTS AND ARTISTS - CATCH ONE

• No outside food or drinks will be allowed unless approved by management after review of your hospitality rider/jot form. Requests must be formally approved before outside food or drinks will be permitted.

• ALL guests and artists will be subject to either a metal detector wand or a physical pat down. Pat downs will only be conducted by same sex guards. Additionally, all bags, gear boxes and purses will be searched.

• No weapons (tasers, knives, guns, pepper spray) will be permitted in the building unless possessed by on-duty law enforcement.

• All guests will have their identification checked. All guests under 21 years of age will receive an X on each hand. All guests age 21 and over will receive a wristband color coded to the event they have purchased a ticket for. On nights with multiple events, the guest will be restricted to the room/event they have a ticket for.

Important signage throughout and on the outside of the building include the following policies:

• No drinking in line or you will be denied entry.

• No drinking in the parking lot or you will be denied entry.

• Overly Intoxicated persons and persons in possession of alcohol or illicit substances will be denied entry.

• Caution! Be aware of your personal belongings. We are not responsible for lost or stolen articles, Thank you.

Ticket Information

🚪 Entry Order Policy

Entry will proceed by ticket tier first, followed by purchase order within each tier.

Tier-based entry order:

DIAMOND → GOLD → SILVER → GA + Soundcheck → GA

• Within each ticket tier, Pre-Ticket purchasers will enter first, followed by General Sales purchasers.

• For General Sales tickets, entry numbers are assigned based on the order of purchase page entry and will be issued after a short processing period (approximately several minutes after checkout).

⚠️ Important Notice

• Ticket refunds are available only within 24 hours of the purchase time. Refund requests submitted after 24 hours from the time of purchase will not be accepted.

• To request a refund, please email hello@kooky.io within 24 hours of purchase and include the following information:

• Kooky account email used for the purchase

• Order number (format: K-XXXXXXXXXX-XXX-X)

• Reason for cancellation

• Refund requests that do not include all required information or do not match the purchase details may not be processed.

• All ticket sales are final after the 24-hour refund window has closed. Please review all event details, ticket tiers, and entry policies carefully before completing your purchase.

• Ticket benefits, entry order, and on-site procedures are subject to operational circumstances and venue policies.

• Details regarding MD sales, special benefits, and additional event-related content will be announced later in coordination with ARAISE.

• Applicable sales tax will be calculated and added at checkout based on the purchaser’s state and country of residence.
